i'm a bran new owner of a 06 tl from montreal canada

now with my question

i'm shure it's probably been discust dozen of time but.....


i want to play my music via my iphone
i've got a 06 tl with navi but no xm

will i be able to play the music
i dont care about browsing the music thrue the phone
just want to know if it s going to work and wich adapter to buy

do you have the auxillary cable jack inside your center console? i am not familiar with your year TL so that's why i ask.

Just go buy a cassette adapter and plug the cable from the cassette adapter into the 1/8" jack on the iphone. Its inexpensive, and the sound quality is good.

You can still use the cassette adapter and charge that phone in the car. I know lots of people that do it. And there is a charging port just below the radio.

I'd go with a cassette adapter aswell, its basically like an aux cable but ur pluggin in the cassette. Thats what my brother uses, and I believe it wont cost more than $5-10
