So I decided on this deck http://signature.crutchfield.com/s_1...All=N&tp=20220 I was wondering what you guys think about it. I'll be buying the steering adapter (PAC SWI-PS) as well as the ipod cable. Should be interesting trying to put it in to the 3g tl, most likely going to have to custom fab something, but hey should be fun!

you should really think about the Axxess ASWC.

its a simpler setup and doesn't have the lag that i hear about with the pacs systems.

I'm eventually going to get the avh p3200dvd which is the smalelr version of yours.

Funny you mention the lag because I have the pacs on my aftermarket Pioneer FH-P8000BT HU and there is a lag for the ipod track selection but not on the volume control. The axxess looks interesting though. I may upgrade to the AVH-P3200BT this summer.

ya I was originally worried about the lag but I heard mixed things some saying it worked fine and some saying it had a little lag. If its really bad i'll just return it. Anyways though I'd update you guys on what I am planning on doing to the tl.

I have the AVH-P4200 with the steering control and the cd-iu200v ipod cable. I already upgraded the speakers to infinity kappas all around. I need to upgrade the tweeters as well as the center channel. I plan on making a flase floor in the trunk to hold two jl amps ( i have one so far e4300 thinking about getting a 500.1 as well) and thinking about getting a 10w7. I need ideas on how I should intergrate the sub into the trunk. I saw a member with a install that I really liked which was acutally kind of pain haha I want to still acess the spare tire and to be able to use the trunk normally. Any ideas?
