Exclamation Phone Pairing Issue / Moto V360

Not sure why I'm having this issue now, but here it is...

I got the Moto v360 from TMO when it first came out... I received it and paired it to the TL with no issues. Then my phone died on me and TMO sent me a new one for replacement. I deleted the old profile and just today decided to pair it back up.

Now, I follow the steps, the phone and car find eachother, I put in the password to link and then I say a name for the phone. After I say the name, I wait a couple secs and then everything disconnects. The phone looses connection and I am brought back to the main menu and never hear "Pairing Successful"

I go back into the phone setup menu and there are no new profiles saved.

1. Has anyone experienced this? Suggestions? I know the phone works great for pairing cause I've used it before.

2. Is there a way to do a reset on the phone setup menu to erase all of the profile names? It's funny how I called the phone "T-Mobile" like the last one, and the car rememebered that I had used that same name with the other phone - even though I erased the profile. Is there a way to erase all that stuff?

ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT!!

Hi Randoum. I just encountered the exact same problem with my new Razr phone. Did you ever find out how to solve this?
