Phone Data Connection and Import Contacts

I would really appreicate if anybody help me with "Phone Data Connection" , "Phonebook Import" and 'Receive Contact" step-by-step procedures?

Car: TL 05 without Navigation

Phone: W300i

Supported Blue tooth Profiles: HSP, HFP, DUN, OPP, FTP, HID, BIP, PAN, Sync
version 2.0

To the best of my knowledge, you cannot import the phonebook on an 04-06 TL. The 07 system allows this.
