Peripheral Electronics needs YOUR help.

We here at Peripheral Electronics strive to keep our consumers (you) happy. But to do so we need your help.

If you live in the Tampa Bay area (St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater, Port Richie) and are willing to help us out you may soon find some free product in your vehicle. We are willing to compensate anyone who will help us out with free product to include (iPod adapters, Stinger wiring or accessories, T shirts, etc.)

Here's what we need.

We need a 2007 – 2008 TL or TL-S w/ Navigation and Nav Traffic. We would need access to the back of the radio (yes panels would have to be removed). Then we would need time in the vehicle to test our iPod adapter.

Please PM me if you’r interested.

T.T.

I can't believe that no one in your area with a TL-S is willing to help. Is talking to one of the local dealers a possibility? If they can let you use one of their TL-S that have the 3 month XM+Traffic, it would solve all our problems.

The Acura Dealership in our area is not willing to help us out in any way. We have never had a relationship with them and they are not comfortable with us taking the radio out of their brand new cars. I mean $40,000 is nothing when you do $76,000 Lexus LS430. Anyway we have a possible lead in Orlando where we can stay the night in a hotel and maybe visit a dealership over there. Only problem is its a 4 hour trip and im trying to convince the BIG BOSS that its worth every bit of it. He's hoping we can get something closer.

May be we can get enough people from this forum to commit to buying a unit so it will cover the cost of the trip??

I might be able to get you guys one, but it would be a loaner. I'll check with my dealer to see if they have one. I can meet you guys half-way, like in orlando or something.

What kind of a time frame are we talking about? I'm about an hour and a half north of Tampa I wouldn't mind driving down there to help you guys out. When and how long?

Guys.. If I read this correctly it does NOT have to be a TL-S; just 07 - 08 w/ nav & nav traffic. TL-S or not, electronics should be the same.. ?

Well the begining of week after next (Mon. May 19th) would work. I will have to double check with the engineer in charge of this project and make sure he is free. If you need a rental car we can cover it, we can figure it out. PM me with what you need to make this work.

Too bad you don't need a pre-2007 TL volunteer from So Cal.
