Hi folks--this is my first post, and I believe I did the appropriate searches to make sure this isn't covered on the forum. I just picked up a pristine '05 TL NAV thru my local dealer--CPO warranty and 2.9% financing from Honda credit, plus a great trade-in price on my '00 Honda Odyssey. Yes, we've finally transitioned back out of the minivan phase! I had forgotten how much fun performance cars are... But I digress.

I have a Palm TREO 755p, and within 2 minutes I got the phone paired and it works fine. My question is: Has anyone figured out a way to dial from the phone using the contacts list, and then have the HFL take over? When I dial from the contacts, it sits in bluetooth mode for a second, then switches back to the phone when the call starts ringing through. I have tried changing the bluetooth settings on the TREO, but that hasn't worked.

Push the HFL button and say "transfer" after the call is started. A second or two later, you'll hear the call over HFL.

 

You can hit and say transfer the minute the phone is dialing.
