Got a new SE637 2 days ago (after using the Moto V600 and not being happy with it for other reasons).


Got into the car right outside AT&T store and paired no problem. Even made a few calls. In and out of the car for the rest of the day, making calls and bluetooth connections without a problem.

Then, yesterday, I lost the bluetooth connection. (no phone icon in dash). Deleted profile in the car and in the phone and tried to start the pairing process all over. The car won't/can't recognize (find) the phone and the phone can't/won't recognize the car. UGH!

Any suggestions?

 

I "fixed" my own problem and am sharing here in case anyone else can benefit. . . .


Realized that in all of the effort, I'd never actually powered down the phone and powered up again (aka rebooting). Did that and it worked! Duh.
