So I've had a full JL system for for quite sometime and I just notice this morning when I turn my key over once just so the radio will be on that that's the only speaker that works. Click it over twice to ignition all speakers work aswell as when I turn the engine over they all work? I kept the stock radio. So when cartoys installed the system they went from the factory amp to something else then to my amp. All speakers were changed except for the center ... Any ideas or is this normal ? I'm also wondering if the dealer messed something up when they installed a new dash?

You have a controller matrix or amplifier whose remote switch is connected to 12V ignition switch. Nothing is wrong, it's just the way they wired it. If you want to fix it, you need to find which one is connected to 12V ignition and change it to 12V accessory.
