oem hacked nav vs. carpc

ok guys looking for opinions... i have 05 non nav 6spd.. was thinking about getting carpc or oem nav and hacking it... now i have played a little bit with the oem nav... but not truely completely satified since its soooo pixelated... and slow at that... but i truely like OEM stuff..lol so inputs and ideas? which one would be better? i'm looking to play music, watch videos, nav obviously... and wanted to make custom backgrounds, and screensavers that possibly move and stuff. i would also like to keep the ability of being able to give commands and hear them through the speakers and stuff if that makes sense?

either or will cost you a fair amount of money and a large amount of time in the process.
you need to figure that the carpc gives you a lot more options; however, do you really want to have the features a carputer/ windows/ your os gives you on a tiny 7" screen especially while driving?
the nice thing about oem and car specific applications is that their made to be used while driving so that it's easier. oem gives you added voice control over multiple features too.
honestly i'd go oem because a lot of people here have done it, and have been able to manipulate it to do most everything one would need to do while in their vehicle.
