Does anyone know of any good shops in the NYC/Long Island/even NJ area that does excellent audio work on the TL (and they've actually used)? I've searched the forum, but the threads pertaining to what I'm looking for are extremely old and I don't know if they are still valid.

Yes I do realize all of the info is here on a self install, but in all honesty, I don't have the time or patience to take on such a task. I am extremely concerned with the quality of work and not as much the money (although I don't want to get ripped off obviously).

I just want to enjoy listening to my music - not putting it all together.

06 Acura TL owns a shop in NYC i think and has done soma amazing audio work on his and others TLs. send him a PM.

 

i go to intense kustoms in l.i. 417 merrick rd, oceanside, l.i.
imo they do excellent work, they installed my system, very clean, sounds great, work quality excellent.

 

Thanks all for the replies and PM's. My budget for a stereo/alarm/dvd-player install is about $3K (including installation). I am hoping to pick up something decent for that cost.
