I was wondering if this is something that happens to everyone or just me (possibly due to my phone).

But when I receive a call, I will answer it, then the radio will turn back on for a second or two, then it will cut back to the HFL call.

Is this normal?

 

I've never had that happen.

Mine does not do this.

 

my guess is that the radio thinks the call has ended and switches back, and then realizes no its not and puts the call on. Try using another cellphone that is a different model from the one you have and see if it does it, that will eliminate the possibility of it being your phone if it still does that.
