No Radio

First off, I never had a Acura or Honda of any kind before so bear with me. I found a 2005 TL in the paper for $400.00. It had no computer in it and they didn't want to mess with it. The car is pretty beat up, I was gonna part it out until I found out it only had 107,000 miles on it. I got a used ecm off ebay and had it matched to the key. it runs ( has a miss but i think it is a bad plug ) but the display and the radio don't work. Any thoughts on this? It seems like it would be a nice car for a beater. Hard to believe anyone would treat a car like. Thanks for any help in advance. Jeff.

Anything happens when you press the left knob on the radio? Climate control display works? If no then start with fuses.

Fuse is good, the display has a glow to but that is about it. Also it is burning coolant. Is there a easy fix for this like a intake or something? I have had some Buicks with this problem and wondered if these may have something similar. I will say, it is a sporty car, I like it but it may be to much trouble.

Ok, nevermind. there is coolant in the oil and it must have had straight water in the system. I am sure something broke inside. Gonna part it out and junk the rest. Thanks anyway. Some people sure are hard on vehicles.

They really are. Some of the TLs I've gone to check out in junkyards have been absolutely trashed by their owners.
