Unhappy Newbie question regarding Nav

I went to the sticky for audio and NAV but didnt see what I was looking for. This is probably the dumbest question ever posted but its driving me nuts! Its a 3 part question:

Question 1: How the hell do you save XM stations as presets? All presets are defaulted to XM preview and I can't for the life me figure out how to set a particular channel as a preset. This would be helpful

Question 2: How do I change the default "home" address for NAV, I tried this several times and I do not see an option to edit "home"

Question 3: How do I delete all information the previous owner had such as previous paired phones.

Q1-Tune to channel you want preset, then press and hold channel # on the radio until you hear beep. Repeat for other channels. You can have up to 12 presets. Pressing the XM button will select either XM1 or XM2, then you can have 6 presets for each.

Q2-Press phone button on the steering wheel and say "phone setup". Follow instructions.

Q3-I can't remember top of my head, but it is somewhere in there through the settings menu. Either screen 3 or 4.
