I have 2004 TL and just got a new phone, iphone 4s. I haven't paired a phone since I got the car and I've lost the instructions. Can somebody give me quick instructions on how to pair ?

OK, this isn't working for me. After I do the Acura commands, the phone is in discoverable mode, but it never pairs.

Any tips or advice?

You are hitting the talk button before you say each command correct?

I had the same problem when I tried to pair my iPhone.

Turn Bluetooth on in your phone. Say the "phone set up" and "pair" commands. Then turn Bluetooth off and turn it on again, and it should pair. That worked for me.

^^^It's a bit of a pain but it works. Just make sure to push the button like they guy stated above before each command, that got me at first.
