I searched the forums but couldn’t find anything on upgrading my regular radio to an Navigation unit.

I know the steering wheel is different but I can care less about navi control from the steering wheel.

Does anyone know if I can swap out my unit and drop a stock tl navi in there? If so can you point me in the right direction?

The blue tooth on my TL also doesn’t sync up correctly. It locks me out and I have to trip the power to get my radio back on.

Yes you can do the swap, although I have heard it is very involved.. I would also be interested in swap but im poor so thats out of the question.. LOL

Anywho FYI, there is a TSB about the HFL(Hands Free Link), I had the same problems with mine when I first picked up my car. Just print out the TSB and take it to the dealer, they should be able to order the part and replace it. Mine has been working flawlessly ever since.
