Need to upgrade mids and highs. Please help!

And yes, I've already done a search. I'm running two JL12W6s with 2,400 watts so bass is more than I could ever want. I want to improve on the quality of the mids and highs first and foremost and a little extra volume would be nice too. I'm not going with an aftermarket amp yet, just speakers. Can anyone list good speakers that will drop in with little or no modification with the front tweets and door speakers being the biggest priority. Cost is not an issue. That is what I've failed to find in my search is something that will drop in, sound good, and look stock. TIA.

Ok, I've found the Infinity Kappa series will drop right in. Are they any good? Worth the hassle or upgrading over stock?

I think so, for $60 for the 1011t's and an hours worth of your time the high notes will now sparkle, replace the center channel to if you do much listening to DVD-A discs.

I had Kappa's in my old Honda. They're okay, but not great. You should check out if Focal or MB Quarts Q series will fit w/o modifications. I replaced the Kappa's with Focals in my Honda, but had to go with a size smaller because the magnet was way to big to fit even with the plastic mount cut out. IMO, the Focal sounded a lot better. I had MB Quarts for the rear, which also sounded really good.

Thanks for the responses. Are the Kappa Perfect series much better than the regular Kappas?

Going to check out the Focals right now. Anyone know of a good website?
