I need recommendations for a phone mount for iPhone 6 2005 Acura TL

 

just bought a ProClip ( www.proclipusa.com) mount designed specifically for my car and really like it. does not vibrate, easy to install. not cheap but very high quality.

 

ProClip is the best solution out there. I have the TL specific piece you need if you want to buy it off me for cheaper. This is what I have for sale:

then you just have to buy the phone specific mount. So my item will get you half way there for cheaper. I don't use mine anymore

 

I use one of these:

Amazon - TechMatte Air Vent Holder

This works best if you have a case you can slide the metal plate between. I just slide the TechMatte piece on the driver side vent and whenever I get in the car, I just put my phone near the mount and because it is magnetic, it just sticks. I've never had any issues with the phone moving around or anything.

I wouldn't put it on your dash. The suction is pretty intense and I can see how it would leave a mark on a softer dashboard. I have mine on the hard plastic to the right of the nav screen(4g). I just ordered 2 more today, one as a gift and one for the odyssey.

 

I wouldn't want my dash torn because of some phone mount.

Well, I have purchased the Auto Drive Ad Magnetic Phone Holder (Vent) from Wal-Mart for $3.67, it was ok you just didn't have much adjusting it. I recently purchased the Bracketron - TripGrip Car Holder for Mobile Phones (Windshield), I got this from Best Buy for $19.99 and I Love It!!
