Need help using a loc for rear sub

Yeah I tried searching but I could not find a thread specifically on installing a loc off the rear sub for an aftermarket upgrade. The loc I have is a pac sni 35. It has 2 pairs of wires. I can not tell which pairs to connect to the rear sub wires. Also are the ground wires on the loc needed?

Taken from the PAC Website:

SNI-35 converts 2 to 40 watts per channel speaker level output into a pre-amp signal. Perfect when adding an amplifier to a factory or aftermarket radio. Great for getting an additional set of pre-amps outputs from a head unit equipped with only one set.

• Fixed 10:1 conversion.
• Linear from 20-20,000Hz at +/- 5 dB, while maintaining signal phase.
• Isolates input and output circuits to prevent ground loop noise.

Grey: Right(+) speaker
Grey/Black: Right(-) speaker

This appears to be a 2 channel unit so use one pair.

I had a similar one that had two channels as well, I just connected the one + from the stock sub to both + on the LOC, same with the -. Works like a champ.

Thanks guys. Man I suck at searching. I googled the sni 35 but didn't find the mani's website. Never thought of checking there. I couldn't tell what wires were paired with what. Thanks again.
