My HFL is messing up and won't connect to my phone. I want to start by resetting it. I have tried disconnecting both battery cables and jumping them together for up to 15 minutes. My radio codes reset as expected but all names/numbers till exist in the HFL which make me think it never is actually fully resetting/clearing.

I have an 06 TL with Navi.

What else can I do/should I try?
