Anybody came across this problem with their HFL? My HFL worked fine before until it lockup?? I've tried rebooting (which sometime it help) and disconnecting the battery but no help.....The problem is that when I press the talk button (to begin phone setup), there's no beep. Or any response from the HFL at all pertaing to phone set up even after I say the commands. Maybe I'm missing somethig here??? As for the navi, its fine ..... Any help or suggestion would be greatful and thank you in advance...


- On a side note: I apologize if this question has been ask before but I did a search and didn't see any post pertaining to this kind of problem. I even try the HandsFreeLink.com but the site is done....Just to let you guys know, my car was broken into last summer so I dont' have access to a manual. Last night, I went to the Honda dealer ( saw a 2004 TL, can you believe it they want 29K+ for it and it has 60K miles) so I can photo copy the info how to set up the HFL....The nearest Acura dealer is about 3hrs away from me.....I have a feeling, I might have to take in to Acura but I try asking you guys first.....

 

When posting about HFL it helps sometimes if you tell everyone what type and model of phone you are using (carrier too).

Have you tried a HFL reset (I forget the spoken command) Ask it help, and listen to the options, it's in the setup menu. If this doesn't work you may need to pull the fuse for your HFL.
