I recently purchased a navtool with a dvd player. Me and handsom hustla plugged it all up and got it to show up on the screen. It switched back and forth from nav to dvd playing using the toggle switch. I have no audio, how do i get audio to my sound system and not use an FM modulator? PLEASE HELP!!

 

04-06 you need a PIE X3, which gives you 3 RCA audio inputs and it connects to the back of your head unit with a harness. it uses ur XM radio channel on the head unit. You dont loose xm though. on your PIE X3 device you can switch inputs with a button.

i dont think/hope behind the head unit is the only way to get sound. can any one else provide some input??

 

or use an USA-SPEC, keep your XM and be able to have Ipod support and have your dvd player's audio.

 

Blitzsafe is treated like an external CD changer. Also get to keep your XM and HU CD changer. Only provides one AUX input, though.
