Ok, hopefully this is an easy fix and im just missing something

I called XM and activated the XM nav traffic... Xm kind of just hung up on me and didnt tell me to do anything.

...I thought maybe it would just appear on my navgation.. no such luck

I am wondering what i need to do in order to see the nav traffic updates?

If i have to i guess i will call XM and see what they say but i thought this would be easier.

Zoom out to where it says TRAFFIC on your zoom menu. You should see some colored lines or triangle with ! in it on the screen where accidents have occurred. Did you keep your car outside for 20 or so minutes with the car on so it could get the signal? Call back XM and have a better rep talk to you.
