Navigation Voice Sound Quality

I have a 2004 5at with Nav. While I love the car and most of its features, it seems that the sound quality of the navi voice directions and the system's voice confirmation of the of my voice commands is poor. I'm not an audiophile, but it seem that the system's voice is choppy or just not clear. I've tried adjusting the navigation volume and the various audio controls, but that does not seem to help.

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced the same problem, and if so, how you fixed it.

Thanks.

I've found the 'male' voice to be clearer and better sounding. Try changing it.

Female Guidance Voice

The guidance voice in my 99 and 02 TL were clear and of a younger voice. But the voice in my 05-TL is older and huskier. Some may find it "sexier" but I prefer the clearer and younger voice. I wish there is a tune adjustment for the guidance voice. The male voice is decent but I prefer female voice.
