Hey guys i have an 05 WDP w/ Navigation. Question about the navigation screen. At night time when you turn the headlights on the navi screen is supposed to turn dark and when you turn your headlights off the navi screen turns back to day (lighter). My car used to do this. But just the past 2 weeks it all of a sudden stopped and now i have to keep switching it in the settings everytime i drive at night. Is there anything i can do to make it come back as it was before? please let me know. Thanks guys.

 

left side of your gauges you should see a "<MAX>" setting. press that to deactivate the max setting or just press the "-" to turn down the brightness of your guages.

 

Check to be certain it's on Auto.

FYI: There is also a setting within the Nav Setup screen that you can pick "auto" or assign always bright or always dark as well
