Navigation Pc Card

THE PC CARD SLOT ON THE NAVIGATION DRIVE IS EMPTY!!!!

Alot of great minds on this site (jptl04)(rbf351)etc..., I had great help with my previous Posting, this time in the process of my non nav to NAV conversion I come across the problem of finding that the gps drive unit that I had purchased online is missing the PC CARD
the slot to the bottom left of the drive below the dvd/cd slot (for those who are wondering) What is it that I should do? Can this be purchased seperately??
Any Help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you very much

I would guess that it is used to obtain data logging that the navi records by dealerships and for alpine to relfash the unit after repairs.

^^ Nothing. He's confused. There is no hard disk. There is, as you discovered, a PC card slot, but no card.

Maybe he meant the card as a "removable hard disk"?
