I was wondering if anyone could make another cd with the navigation hack, and send me a step by step instructions on how to do it, I was reading the forum's and I still don't get it, So if anyone could help me that'll be really great!! please get back to me thank you all!!

I have the Ver. 3.40C (Orange Cd)
Acura TL 2005

 

I too would pay a bit to have the CD done for me. I've done several mods successfully, but I won't mention the time I've spent so far. Still having problems with the OK crack (file too large to be placed back in the bin file).

if i ccan get my servers workin, i am going to upload my files that are already hacked for versions 3.30G 3.40C and 3.5. Also i am planning on making a video on how to hack them for people. I shud have them working by monday. Just wai and you'll get everything.

*u can change the pic if you want. Its the blue 1 with the acura logo.

if you do the trip computer hack, do you lose any other functionality?

 

no, u gain a trip computer screen, an a/c screen, and a shortcut to diag. manu

my car uses bnh2 someyhing something can i just change the filename to get it read correctly?

 

I have v3.4, but the navi.exe im using is 3.5.

If u download those 2 files, all u have to do is put them on a cd and follow the directions for loading it to the car.

It should definately work for v3.4, so if there is a problem tell me. Im not sure if it works with v3.5, but i dont see why not. And im not sure if it works with the new v3.6.

ps.- I kno nothing about this sutff either, but im good at figuring stuff out, so i got it almost right away. I understand that some people have trouble with stuff like this, so thats why I did the work 4 u.

2. Go to your car.
3. Turn your car's ignition to ACC
4. Open the trunk and pop out the NAVI disk (if it's in there)

6. Go back to the driver seat, the display will show some dvd read error, now press and hold "GUIDE" "MENU" and "CANCEL" for approx 5 seconds to bring up the diagnostic menu.
7. Wait another 5 seconds to let it load up completely. Press "version" button on the screen
8. Press "LOAD DISC" to load your custom bin into the navigation.
9. Wait until it's completely done and it will then display another error message about can't read the navi dvd, now take out your bin CD and insert your Navigation disc and you are done!

im not sure, but i dont see why not. just try it. if it doesnt work, u just go into diagnostics and load off of the origonal cd.

I went to that page before I started this one and it didn't work, the navi hack program i downloaded didn't want to open up and junk like that so that's why I created this one, so we could get some more help, I talked to kenny, and he said he's shipping me a cd, I payed him 20 dollars to get it done, so if anyone wants some help i'll be glad to burn the copy I have to anyone else as well.... but I do want to change the background later, cause I have the blue one with the acura logo on it.

Just out of curiousity, are you talking about the disclaimer that comes with the TL or the one that AC (I believed) hacked?

I been wanting to remove the disclaimer but want to some how customize it or have it total gone with the AC signature...

I am a graphic artist and i want to make my own background, What programs do I need to creat a bin file and what file association type do I need to save the image as? Or how can I edit the Image already in the file you posted?

you scroll to the bottom of the page and press "free

then, on the next page, scroll to the middle of the page where u see the box of letters adn numbers

type in the 4 larger ones in the textbox, and press the "download from ---" button
(it doesnt matter which server u download from. all the same)

then your browser takes it from there as far as downloading.

save the 2 files somewhere. then, burn those to fiels to a cd-r or cd-rw.

the picture file has to be a certain size and be a bitmap file. then, using a certain program, it is imported into the bin file.

 

OK I found out how to make the image now i need to know how to import it to the bin file?? Any help????? What kind of program?

Thanks to you all.... you've made it pretty simple. All steps work, and after step 9 and the error message, when I load the original 3.5 DVD, it wants to reload the original system undoing the hack.

Car was purchased on August 2006... wonder if they force a reload if they detect anything non stock. I'm I blowing it somewhere ?

 

do u have to use ur aol browser. once ur connected try to use internet explorer or something
