don't you need to have the car on or in accesory2 position to have the navi rom eject the disk? Either the theif really wanted the disk that bbadly to go, get ur car running and take the disk only...

Yeah, that doesn't make any sense. The "thief" would've needed access to your trunk and they'd need your key to be in the ACC or ON position. I could see this happening if you left your trunk open and the car was on. A passerby could steal it, but that seems pretty strange.

You're not just trying to see if someone will send you a copy, are you?

Maybe it's still in there, just stuck.

That's a very likely scenario, actually. The OP should take it to the dealer and ask them to take a look at it.

You need to understand our skeptisism as it can only be removed with the key in the car. Highly unlikely someone would go through all that trouble for a navi disk.......

Are we sure their isn't a manual eject port etc., like you stick a pin in a hole or something like most other disk drives?? The guy would have obviously had to leave the car unlocked as well in order for someone to access the trunk..

Something fishy here.....

Are you sure your "Homegirls" didn't take it?

Maybe the DVD player broke and it's reading the disc as missing or something similar?
