Navi Video

I have an '07 TL-S and want to get video input on my navi screen. I've been searching around and NavTool or tvandnav2go (aka DOM's unit) seems to be a good choice as the install is fairly easy with its plug any play harness. A few questions I have are:

Can anyone confirm that this does in fact work on the 07's? I've seen some sites that say the harness will work on cars up to '06 (no mention of 07-08)

Must the device be connected at the DVD drive? I think it would be better to connect it at the screen so there is less cable to run for the video-in and therefore less chance of interference getting picked up along the way. I want to have my video line-in in side the arm rest console where my factory audio line-in is. But I am up for suggestions on why its better to install at the DVD drive.

The NavTool site lists the device for $350, I've seen posts about people getting them for much cheaper (~$200). Can anyone point me to somewhere else to buy it from? I've seen some older posts about group buys for "DOM's unit" but nothing recent, that still available?

I've seen posts where people have installed the toggle switch in the spare bank near the VSA switch using some Honda/Acura OEM switch. Is there a part number of special name for this switch?

And lastely, is there a detailed "howto" for getting acces to behind the navi screen? I have a rough idea on how to take the stereo and navi display out but would like to review a nice howto.

Thanks!
