I just bought a 2005 TL with Version 3.40 disk for navigation. I'm looking to update as the area where I live is expanding rapidly and most of the streets etc. are not on the current disc. When will the next version of the disc be released?

When it says what cities are updated on the www.acuranavi.com website are those the only cities that have been updated?

Are POI updates considerable?

I think only the 3.60 is out. you have to look what city is updated on the new version to see if its even worth it.

 

I spoke to the Acura Nav customer care - she said new versions usually come out in October, and you have 30 days to return it.. My map is from 7/11/2003 - ver 3.30; but i'm going to wait a little longer so if a new ver does come out i'll be up to date

I think they add updates to other streets n stuff; I think the major city additions are added to 'updates' list; but I believe they are always adding more POIs and new streets in existing areas that are covered.. I think.. o_O

My house is still in the middle of no where =p
