Unhappy Navi Screen Protectors-2004 Acura TL

Anyone know where I can get some screen protectors for the 2004 Acura TL Navi system. I am looking for the kind of thing you use on palm pilots.

TIA

I was told that the Nav Screen has a coating over it , it does not require a additional cover, but I am sure it won't hurt to have one.

Did you get the cover for the MDX screen?
Or did you custom order a new one?

Wouldn't such cover reduce sensitivity of the touch-screen?

No, but the screen will be less clear. There is a slight "haze" effect that occurs from the protector. I think it is from the adhesive that is used, not the plastic itself (but I could easily be wrong).

They also sell cellphone protectors for the SE610 which should fit the SE616.

Google fixes everything... better than duct tape...

www.strongengineering.com

The website makes it hard to find it though... but you can order from there.

Then this product is not for me. I tried a screen protector for PDA and couldn't believe how crappy that made my screen look and how much it reduced the usable viewing angle.

Yeah, I just got it and it's too long. This isn't your fault. As always, thanks for your information

I have talked to them and they are sending out the correct one... I am testing it for them.. they were VERY helpful in getting the size right.

The thign itself is great..g lue ONLY around the edges not to mess the screen up.. and not alot of glue.

Please see THIS thread for more information....

NAVI screen protection, one year later

Has anyone been using the Strong Engineering NAVI screen protector? What has the experience been after using it for awhile? Was it worth the money?
