Hey, The best converter out there is the Navi Plus stuff Sokolov sells. He installed it in my car and it works wonderfull he has done atleast another five or six tl's that I know off so he is sort of an expert the price is awsome he charged me $650 for work and dvd player all included. He also put a back up camera for only 150. If youre good with tools you can buy the thing for $250 and do it yourself he gives you diagrams and everything a few people said it was easy he tells you the color of the wire and you just cut and splice. But considering he only charges 650 with DVD what hell let him install it and have no worries. His shop is Mobile Electronics 812 Mcdonald Ave Brooklyn NY 11218 718-851-4817 ask for Vito.

On sokolov's(MOBILE ELECTRINICS) unit he splices four wires and then all you need is a positive and ground and your set.
