Navi conversion question

The item is from Canada. I'm thinking it would, but just want somebody who knows.

it should work fine as the canadian TL 04-06 had the same navi as the US one. However the radio on canadian TL's are different for the 04-06 years, they are missing the XM button on the front, but they still have the connector on the back which can be accessed by using the mode button on the steering wheel.
