Navi blanking out

My navi keeps on blanking out with a white screen and verticle lines everywhere but the touch screen still works cuz it beeps when i touch it. The screen will come back after a few minutes and everythings fine but it happens frequently. I searched the forum and found a thread that says it might be a loose connector. How do i get to the connector on the drive in the trunk?

I wouldn't even mess with it, take it back to the dealer and let them fix it warranty. Last thing you want is to start tinkering, then when you do bring it in, they will give you a hard time.

does it do that if the car is sitting idle or moving? if only moving i would def say a loose or bad connection if at idle it may be a battery/car electrical issue either way that is what warrenties are for....

Actually it does it that when moving and when not moving. I dont think its battery cuz the screen is still on but its just vertical lines jumping. It happens more frequently now but it goes back to normal after 5 mins or so. Gonna go to the dealer to have them check it out. Thanks for the help guys

I doubt the navigation is considered as part of the power train
IMHO I think it should be since I find I can't drive a car without it....lol
