the radio works. I went threw and tested all the fuses on both fuse blocks with a test light and they are all good. Everything works but the nav and the display above the nav. The display above the nav still shows the climate control options but not the radio options such as volume, track # etc.. Any help would be nice before i take it to the dealer thanks

connection lose behind the radio?.

also as a forced diagnostic start-up of the navi, you can install a jumper in the rear passenger side harness above the dvd drive. if you remove the pass trunk liner and follow the cables, you will see a 2 pin harness just hanging along the cable lines( might still be taped up if you haven't done load resistors under a blue tape). stick a jumper in there and that is a diagnostic start-up of navi. do this with car turned off. use this link for pics. it has everything im talking about. https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/how-install-led-resistors-lots-pictures-3g-garage-g-079-a-637923/

just so you know. i had to do this to start up my boys navi after we did a non-nav to nav conversion. the system would start but the screen would freeze. after i installed the jumper, it sort of hard reset the nav and it started up the next time like a charm.

so your saying to put a jumper in with the key off and then start the car up after the jumper is in correct?
