Hi all. Just got me a used 05 tl. Nav doesnt work and im not spending the money to try and figure it out however i was currious to know if i could buy the non nav unit and just swap them out. I thought maybe someone here would know if the wiring plugs are the same

That's much more work than going other way, as you can just leave GPS antenna and wires going through the car, but modifications to wiring are required.

Also you might want to buy center vents with normal clock.

 

its probably easier to buy a used oem unit on ebay and swap the nav out with a working one..
