Nav Gone... NavToTV Intermitant - HELP

My car was in the shop for collision work (some idiot hit my right rear door). When I got it back the Nav won't work and my NavtoTV (for my PS2) works every once and a while on either interupt switch position. Worked fine before I took it in. Not sure what to try. Any thoughts?

Have you rentered the Navigation System code? There are separate codes for both the radio and the Navi which must be entered for each system to work if the battery is disconnected (which the body shop probably did as a matter of course while working on the door panel). Both radio and Navi codes are on a cardboard card that comes with the manuals and extra keys, which are hopefully in your home somewhere.

Black screen. Nothing on it. I can only get a DVD to play through my PS2 but it only shows up when it wants too. And the NavtoTV switch doesn't seem to matter what position its in.

PS. Can't put in Nav code because there is no Nav appearing on the screen. I've put in the radio code already since its through the stereo buttons.

UPDATE!!! It's fixed.

Either someone wanted to see how I installed my PS2 or the strangest coincidence happened. One of the wires broke off the back of the NavtoTV bypass switch... which is no where near the work that they did. Odd.

Resoldered them and I'm back in business.

Thanks for the help.
