In order to play dvd video on the navigation Screen... you will have to purchase Dom's Navi to Video Conversion Unit... which is around $225 to $250 (depending on a groupbuy situation). Then you will have to purchase a DVD player of some sort.... $150 to $250 (depending on what you purchase)...

Dom's Unit can be purchased from Acurazine member "domofnavwithtv"... he's an official vendor here... link to groupbuy and more info:

Link to someone already with a 2007 TL that did this already:

Good Luck Guys .... great MOD

Ohhh... and the headrest screens/TV's have to be custom mounted by a professional.... it would be best to go to a local Audio Shop and get it done there.... best if they get you the TV's too 'cause they'll warranty it also...

Thanks rodneyc77 for the summary.

Additional note: Since you guys have the '07, you already have an available aux-in for the audio (really the only difference with pre-07 TLs). Most likely, you will need to buy a cable to connect the audio from the DVD player (RCA) to the factory aux-in jack. If you don't want to go this route, you will have to invest in another audio interface. More details in the 3G TL Audio & Electronics FAQ.

Here is a recent thread on this:DIY: DOM (TVnNAV2Go) Unit Installed in the 2007 TL-S. Please continue the discussion there.
