To the OP clean install looks good! Maybe try to find a navi bezel to make the look oem.

To the other set-up, the relocation looks really good and I normally think bigger is better. But that screen really looks out of place being sooo large. And no cup holders.......doesn't compliment the TL very well.

I don't see anything wrong with the install you have now. Unless you plan to use the buttons on the navi bezel, it's really not going to be of any benefit.

The other thing is that the opening on the stock navi screen is smaller than a 8" widescreen. It's 175mm X 100mm.

I'm working on a navi conversion/carputer project and will have some parts left over, including a bezel. The thing I am not sure of is the timeframe, but I'll PM you when I can let it go.

The Kenwood looks great and seem to be a nice product, but how much did you pay for that?? + accesories (camera, gps antena, dvd player, etc) ?? just curious...

Here's a picture of my stock bezel that I modified, it is now installed in my car with my carPC.

**That 10'' doesnt respect the OEM look at all, I agree that BIGGER is BETTER but you also have to respect the car utility, the controls were there for a reason!!!

Just my 2 cents !!!
