mounting a subwoofer in the trunk

I have to mount a subwoofer in the trunk of my 07 TL type S with some mounting straps. Therefore, I need to screw 4 screws to the trunk floor. I was debating on mounting it directly behind the backseat on the drivers side. Is this a safe spot? Does anyone know if there are any wires, fuel lines, gas tank or anything I may damage in this location?

Thank you!

To tell you the truth I didnt want to drill my sub to the ground because it would limit my access to my spare. Instead I used the factory cargo net and stretched it across in front of the sub as if to create a wall . My sub has not moved since and it is not restricted from functioning properly.
