Among the CDMA cellular provider, Telus is the only one offering a Bluetooth phone (v710). Bell in Ontario has no Bluetooth phone available.

Rogers Wireless
I just got the V551...
It works great with the TL, it displays caller id and signal strength info...
For the V551 vs. V600, the V551 is cheaper and has EDGE for higher speed wireless data if you need it.

There's really only 1 choice for GSM providers in Canada...
Rogers Wireless or Fido (part of Rogers Wireless now)

For the Canadian TL owners,
Rogers/Fido has the largest amount of Bluetooth phones right now. They have:
Moto v551
Moto v600
SEt637
Nokia 6820
Nokia 3600
For PDA, Rogers/Fido has:
Blackberry 7100r
Blackberry 7290
SEp800
Telusmobility is the only one has a Bluetooth phone right now. It is Moto v710.
Bell and Sasktel do not have any Bluetooth phone at this time. However, I just got e-mail by Sasktel that LG 325 (phone), Blackberry 7250 (PDA) and Audiovox 6600 (PDA) will be available in 2005.
Since Sasktel cellular network is compatible with Bell, I would guess these 3 devices will be available in Ontario as well.
If you are living in major cities, Rogers/Fido should have good reception. However, if you live in smaller communities, Rogers/Fido does not have the best coverage.
