Motorola v3c from Verizon

Motorola v3c from Verizon
Somebody must know the solution to this. I just bought a new Razor v3c from Verizon after Acura and my dealer highly recommended this bluetooth phone. I have spent countless HOURS with my support rep at my dealer trying to get the phone to dial my voicemail for msgs from my cellphone and my home voicemail etc. This involves using pauses. pounds, etc and although we actually had it work once briefly all I get is a continuos tone and have to reset the phone after I attempt the call. This also happens if I dial a phone number and than ask it to send another number when trying to reach someones extension. Hopefully my description is understood. I have seen someone else describe this issue on this website but no answers. If you can provide some solutions I am desperate as I call these numbers all day long for msgs. You can email me your response.

I have a Verizon Motorola e815 and I have gotten it to work with my voicemail. I had to add like 7 pauses in order to get the timing right though. If it still doesn't work for some reason, you can store you numerical password with a pound as an entry called "password" then say "send password" and it should work.

Hi,
What I was referring to weas the ability to 'sync' the phones address book with the car so you could voice dial. For example: being able to press the button and say 'call' 'Bridgette' 'home' like you can when you're using the phone by itself to call Bridgette's home phone. Does that make more sense?
Thanks!
Randy

I have an LG8100 and I have the exact same issue. I even programmed the pauses and everything into my cars phonebook but it still only dials *86 and thats it.

It may be worth a try with a Verizon phone.
