I just bought an 07 TL-S at an auction about a week ago. It only came with a valet key. I went to the dealership n got a key cut and programed. I followed the directions in the manual on how to set up the memory seats but they dont see to work...what can be the problem? When I open the door it says "Welcome Driver 1". The manual says to press the "memo" button and after a beep to press either the first or second preset...but there is no beep! lol...pls help!!

 

Read your owner's manual, assuming you have one. If not, there is someplace on the web where u can read it online in the pdf format. I believe there is an option for turning the memory seats on and off. It sounds like a simple fix.

Also, this should have been posted in the problems and fixes section. There are a lot of experts in there.

 

This is a double post. He's already posted in the "Problems" forum and I'm pretty sure I have given him the info he needs.

OP, hint: In the future,doing a search for "memory" would have gotten you the answer you need without having to wait around for one of us to reply.
