Looking for help with Alpine Power Pack Wiring

I am having a difficult time installing this "Plug & Play" amp. I wasn't aware that you had to have RCA inputs on your OEM HU or AM HU. So I was forced to snip the RCA cables and then proceeded to attempt to wired everything. I tried numerous varations but no sound. I went out and purchased the Scosche FAI-4A Converter and attempted once more. I tried to wire that in with the amp but still came up with nothing. So I gave up and connected everything back to the way it was. Then turned on my car and guess what... No fucking sound... Can anybody here help me wire this piece of shit in..? I'm still on the OEM HU and some cheap Pioneers for the front and rear speakers. Thanks......

What were you trying to do? I don't know much about this Amp, but it appears it is meant to be for Alpine aftermarket HU not for OE HU. This amp isn't that powerful and I would doubt it is anymore powerful than our factory amp.

There are two different models. The KTP-445A is meant exclusively for Alpine aftermarket HU. And there is the one I purchased the KTP445U, which was suppose to be universal hence the U instead of the A I assume.. I am trying to power my speakers with this little piece of shit. But it has cause me nothing but trouble so far... I wanted to run my 4 speakers from this amp. And just have center and sub coming from the stock amp. But even when I wired everything back together back to its original condition I still get no sound. What am I doing wrong..?

How did you initially wire in the Alpine? Where were you connecting the speaker outputs to? Always possible you fried your OEM amp depending on what you did with your wiring.

Looking through Alpine's site, Crutchfield, Amazon, and BestBuy....no where is this sold or referenced as a "Plug & Play" amp. The Alpine site clearly states that you can do line-level or high-level inputs depending on the switch setting on the bottom of the amp.

I am hoping you pulled out the factory amp and were trying to put this one in the same place as a somewhat near drop-in'ish replacement. If everything is still not working after swapping the factory amp back in, I would start with checking fuses and then next move on to any wires you had cut/spliced during your aborted install.
