I have an '08 TL-S. The remote starter has worked great for the last five years I've had the car, except that I'd like to have a 2-way signal so I know my car successfully started when it's out of sight, and I'd like to increase the range since the car never seems to start when it's around the corner of my apartment building a few hundred feet from my apartment.

I've contacted Compustar to find out if my model could easily be upgraded to what I'm looking for, and they told me they need to know the command module number. They said the device is usually under the hood, but I pulled out nearly all the plastic and couldn't see any sign of a command module.

Anyone know where else this could be? The antenna is installed in the inside upper left-hand corner of my windshield, but I'm hesitant to pull apart too much else blindly searching for the command module.
