LOC and Sub control

Hi guys.. this probably got answered a few times but i could not find an exact answer. I have been going to a couples shops about installing amp and keeping my 5.1 system intact. And do not want to lose my sub control. all the places I went had no idea and told me I was going to get a call with an answer which I never did.

If I install an LOC on the sub wire and use a Y connector to the amp will the sub control still work and will it work as normal ?

I really like that our factory deck has a subcontrol and I really don't want to lose this functionality when installing another amp and sub.

YES.... your subwoofer control will work just as it did with the factory subwoofer.

Yes, this is what I did. Just make sure you disconnect the stock sub when you do it.
