Which LOC

I'm trying to install 1 JL 8w7 and a amp.

I was going to get this http://cgi.ebay.com/Stinger-High-Pow...QQcmdZViewItem

but before I did I asked the seller a question. This was his reply "The power handling is from the head unit to this convertor. I recommend this for head units that are 50 watts or less per channel. For more than that I would go with the SLOCII or the SALOC adjustable model."

Do I need to get this instead? http://cgi.ebay.com/STINGER-SLOCII-2...QQcmdZViewItem

Thanks

This is the one that i have...

The shipping was fast, and the seller knows his stuff.
No distortion or any kind of noise at all.
