LG CU500 - Anyone using one??
I saw in the compatibility thread that one person was using an LG CU500 and it seemed to work OK. Anyone else using this phone with the HFL? Does it work? Any display indicators working?
Thanks.

Lou:
Saw your post... I just picked this phone up from Cingular. It's a nice phone and really cooks on the 3G network. I paired it up right away on HFL. This is the first time that I have used HFL on my 2006 TL. It was pretty easy.
Pros:
- Easy to setup and get working.
- I added phone book entries into the HFL address book fairly easy.
- Calls sound great, incoming and outgoing.
- Caller ID shows when I get a call.
Cons:
- This phone doesn't send battery or signal indicators.
- I couldn't get the "send numbers" thing to work right. This is the feature that allows me to send additional numbers while on a call (needed for checking my voice mail system at work).
Still to try:
- Getting a phone call while I am on a call to see if caller id shows, if I can xfer, conference, etc...
- Walking into the car while on the phone to see if the call transfers.
- Shutting of the car while on the call to see if the phone transfers.
- About 25 other features that I doubt I would use but want to see if they work. Ah, the danger of reading manuals!
Hope this helps!

Steve,
Thanks for your reply. I decided to stay with Sprint and picked up two Sanyo SCP-8400's for me and my wife. They work great in the TL and MDX and show battery and signal strength in the MID. If I would have switched to Cingular, I would have gotten the CU500 though.
