LED with socket 921 doesn't work?
hey,
I tried installing some new LED wedge lights in the back courtesy lamps.
The LEDs have a socket 921, but they are not listed as a 194.
Well the lights do not work, and I have a feeling its because the courtesy lights do not put out enough electricity to power 921's even if they fit. The courtesy lights only power 194's??
Can someone please verify?
If they will not work, then I will have to return them to get some 194's instead.
thanks. D

have you tried flipping the wedge? sometimes they need to be in the right polarity.
other than that, the main light switch may be in the OFF position, so no matter how many times you press the rear domes, they wont light up.

I thought I tried flipping them around and I did, but they didn't work.
Before I went to bed I needed to try it again since it just didn't make sense..it worked!
I had to wiggle it in there tightly too. they work fine now.
thx
now for the licence plate and reverse lights....
