Just received my Alpine PDX5.. wow..

I haven't even turned this thing on and I'm already amazed at it's size and it's output.

As tested sheet states this particular one is doing 90W per channel and 423 on sub channel. That's 15W per channel over and 73W on sub.

And you really don't understand how small this thing is until you unbox it and have it in your hands. It's got a good weight to it though. Hopefully I'll get my solder on RCA connectors and get this thing installed next week.

Now let's see how long it will take Amazon to get the JBL MS-8 back in stock.

nice... I got three all were tested over 25 watts a channel over, and 825 for the 600 watt sub. Let me know how it works out for you, might downgrade for trunk space and probably could make some dough at the same time. Def staying with the PDXs though.

I'd hook it up and listen before I sang the praises too loudly.

ok now get a damn sub amp and another amp for your center and you've got a pretty complete setup. Of course it's not really complete without a good processor. I'd go get a 3sixty.2 first sinc that little box will be the life of your system. Trust me you'll love it lol.
