JL Audio 8w7ae

Does anyone know if the JL Audio 8W7AE-3 subwoofer is a direct fit in the location of our stock subs?

not even kinda.

1) Designed to be in an enclosure (yes, I know, it will run free air but not without major work to the deck to seal up.

2) Too deep

3) Too much throw on the woofer, will hit the back deck.
